We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@detosini.co.za. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and arrange to have the parcel returned via the courier of choice. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For accounting and VAT purposes, after 7 days, we offer no refunds, even if no photos have been supplied by that stage. This amount may be used as credit to purchase another item or give it away to a loved one.
Where refunds are approved, please allow 7 working days for processing. If payments were done using credit card, 7 working days must be allowed to ensure funds have cleared in our account and are not reversed.
A percentage of 3 % will be deductible before refunding on card payment.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS:
We will gladly replace any items that you are not 100% satisfied with, when you bring the issue to our attention within 7 days of your purchase. If you ordered an incorrect frame size or colour it must be sent back for a replacement or refund. Please note there will be an extra shipping fee for the collection of the incorrect item ordered and when resending the correct item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Following inspection and confirmation that returned item(s) meet(s) the return policy requirements, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If for any of the reasons outlined above, your return does not qualify for a refund, you will be notified.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Deto-Si-Ni will only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@detosini.co.za and you will be provided with the information required for exchange.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To initiate a return, email us at: info@detosini.co.za. Upon shipment to the designated address to process your return (we will provide you this address), all returns are subject to a 20% of retail value, restocking fee for errors not made on the part of Deto-Si-Ni. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if a refund is issued, shipping costs will not be included in this refund.
The purchaser (you) will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for the return of your item. Deto-Si-Ni recommends using a trackable shipping service or even purchasing shipping insurance. Deto-Si-Ni does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Therefore, if a refund is issued, shipping costs will not be included in this refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
